The Flower Moon, also called the Planting Moon, in honour of the element of fire in the sun catalysing a time of growth and abundance as flowers come into bloom and seeds are sewn to nourish us in the months ahead.

The Sagittarius full moon asks that we integrate our experiences thus far, particularly around our relationship with freedom and expansion, the personal and transpersonal, what our horizons look like in a changed world, our individual and collective role in the global community and what this means now.

“The flower is a cosmic attractor. An ephemeral unstable body that allows one to perceive - that is, to absorb, the world.” - Emanuele Coccia

Now is the time to work with the flowers, Flower essences help us to reframe our mental processes so that we can transcend our emotional responses and conditioning in order to see things from a fresh perspective. Essence making always begins with spending some time meditating with the plant you have chosen, offering gratitude and establishing an exchange.  During this time, you mayreceive insights or messages from the plant about its particular use or what it is wanting to offer up in support at this time

‘The four elements are involved; the earth to nurture the plant; the air from which it feeds; the sun or fire to enable it to impart its power; and water to collect and to be enriched with its beautiful magnetic healing’ - Dr Edward Bach
