A cleansing spell to clear the cobwebs and sever ties with anything in need of cleansing.
You will need:
A piece of string
2 candles - preferably one white and one black
(this can also be done with tea lights or a candle in a jar)
A few drops of oil (sunflower or olive oil
Cleansing crystals like clear quartz and selenite.
Spell:
Start by grounding yourself in your preferred way.
Connect to a colour that keeps you calm and safe and then see it surrounding you
Then call in the energy of all your spirit guides and all those who watch over you.
Set both the candles up about 30cm apart with the cleansing crystals in between them.
Light both the candles.
Hold onto the string and think about all you wish to release, remove, banish or clear.
Feel your emotions here, rage, anger, fear, sadness. (If you cry, anoint the string with your tears)
Hold the string over top of the black candle - with both hands and holding it tightly.
